About the Candidate Experience Awards
The CandE Benchmark Research and Awards Program, founded in 2011, is the first program of its kind to focus on elevating and promoting a quality candidate experience. Each year, participating companies undergo a rigorous evaluation that includes surveys completed by a statistically significant sampling of their candidates. The surveys assess key areas such as the overall experience, the likelihood of candidates reapplying, their willingness to refer others, and their perceptions of the organization.
In 2024, Alliance was ranked #37 in a select list of winners among 110 participating North American companies. We are proud to be among the select group of companies recognized for maintaining a positive candidate experience, regardless of the hiring outcome.
