July 22th, 2021 – Alliance Technical Group, LLC (“Alliance”) completed its 13th add-on acquisition with the purchase Ambient Air Services, Inc. (“AASI”), located in Starke, FL. Ambient provides stack testing, ambient air monitoring, and CEMS installation and maintenance services to customers throughout the United States.
Acquiring AASI adds to Alliance’s rapidly growing ambient and CEMS presence and increases resources necessary to continue the expansion of all Alliance service lines in the region.
