Expansion Continues for Alliance Technical Group with acquisition of EMSI

April 2, 2021 – Alliance Technical Group (“Alliance”) has completed its 9th add-on acquisition with the purchase oEMSI, one of the nations largest Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) providers. EMSI will join the rapidly expanding Alliance division known as Alliance Emissions Monitoring (AEM). 

The addition of EMSI is an important growth investment for Alliance, which continues to actively build its premier emissions monitoring platform to complement its best-in-class source testing and analytical services, groups.  Strategically, EMSI bolsters Alliance’s national presence and provides increased capabilities to effectively and efficiently respond to corporatewide, complex emissions monitoring projects.  The partnership also increases the range of monitoring and inspection services that Alliance is able to provide its customers.
