Alliance Technical Group, LLC (“Alliance”) completed its 12th add-on acquisition with the purchase of Horizon Air Measurement Services, Inc. (“Horizon”), located in Camarillo, CA. Horizon provides stack testing services to customers throughout California and the Western United States.
Alliance Technical Group Enters New Market with Air Quality Services (AQS) Acquisition
Alliance Technical Group, LLC (“Alliance”) completed its 11th add-on acquisition with the purchase of Air Quality Services (AQS). AQS provides air-related environmental services including stack testing, continuous emissions monitoring (CEMS), and ambient air monitoring to customers throughout the central United States.
Expansion Continues for Alliance Technical Group with Acquisition of O’Brien & Gere / Ramboll’s Air Testing and Monitoring Division
Alliance Technical Group, LLC (“Alliance”) completed its 10th add-on acquisition with the purchase of the air testing and monitoring division of O’Brien & Gere, a division of Ramboll (“Ramboll Air Testing and Monitoring”). Ramboll Air Testing and Monitoring provides source emission testing (stack testing) and ambient air monitoring services to customers throughout the Northeastern and Midwestern United States.

The addition of EMSI is an important growth investment for Alliance, which continues to actively build its premier emissions monitoring platform to complement its best-in-class source testing and analytical services, groups. Strategically, EMSI bolsters Alliance’s national presence and provides increased capabilities to effectively and efficiently respond to corporate-wide, complex emissions monitoring projects. The partnership also increases the range of monitoring and inspection services that Alliance is able to provide its customers.
